Puppy luv is the perfect name for the service this company provides. I recently visited the Dc metro area on business and my 4 legged road manager accompanied me. At first I was hesitant to try this service due to the fact that my Dog isn't a puppy but rather an 80lbs yellow lab they cleared up my confusion quickly an informed me they service all shapes and sizes. I called them short notice and they accommodated my schedule and even though I was a first time client they treated my dog as though they knew him forever. He almost didn't want to return to me lol. Thank you guys for the service you provide my buddy truly misses you guys already.

I've used Puppy Luv both as a daily dog walking service and to have them stay in my house when I was out of the country. Trust and communication are vital with a service like this as they are responsible for members of the family who are loved. I have an older Newfie and Puppy Luv was great with her. I received text messages or emails after every dog walk and daily updates when I was out of the country. It was very clear that not only was my dog well taken care of, she was cared about as well. My neighbors even commented that my girl had received excellent care. I will certainly use them again and would absolutely recommend them to friends and neighbors. In fact, I already have. We moved to the area back in March, and found the Puppy Luv operated a dog S'paw in our building. After sending our dogs to another boarding spot in the area they did not smell great. That Monday I noticed that the S'paw was open and walked down with our dogs to see if they could fit them in. Lindsey was very accommodating and said they could not fit them in right then, but could later in the afternoon. The dogs enjoyed their bath and no more funky kennel smell! Since then we have used them to groom our dogs a few times. Recently, we went out of town and did not want to send the dogs back to the boarding spot we had previously used. When the dogs were getting groomed I noticed that they will watch your dog in your apartment. We decided to take them up on this service. My wife had never met Lindsey or her staff, so my wife asked if they could take pictures of the dogs every time they went out. Being the abiding husband I asked Lindsey if they would mind taking pictures. Fortunately, Lindsey was very understanding and accommodating of my request.Making my wife happy thus making my life and trip happy.

We have been using Puppy Luv for daily walks for our puppy Rambo. We have nothing but good things to say about Puppy Luv. From our first meeting with Lindsey, we were impressed by how open and communicative she was, making sure that our questions were answered and mitigating any concerns we may have had. When leaving your pup and home in someone else's hands, trust is important, and Puppy Luv has shown this from the get-go. We receive a daily email with pictures that update us on how Rambo did on his walk. Our walker is Lindesy and she has been nothing but professional. She's very kind and we can tell she really cares for Rambo. She has gone above and beyond what we could have asked for in a dog walker, even replacing the little ring on our pup's collar tags when they fell off while she was walking Rambo. I Luv Puppy Luv! I have two senior dogs that do not know they are dogs...well until they see another dog! They are my furry children and my world revolves around them. To say they're high maintenance is an understatement (well...OK, maybe it's me). Needless to say I am very picky about who I trust to leave my dogs with whether it be a vet, groomer, or a dog sitter. So when I recently moved to the DC area I was confident I was never going to be able to travel because I left all of my trusted providers back home. And well I hit the lottery when I met Lindsey from Puppy Luv! I have used their dog sitting, grooming, and walking services. Hands-down this is the best experience I have ever had. Lindsey has the ability to hire amazing staff who love and dote on my dogs as if they were there own! They have provided in-home dog sitting, pick up and drop off grooming service and have even responded to a very last-minute request to feed and walk my dogs when I had to stay late at work! I have never felt more comfortable and confident in the care that has been provided to my dogs as I have with Puppy Luv. They take a great deal of time to get to know me, my babies, and my desires and expectations. I get frequent texts and picture updates without even having to request them. My anxiety level is that the lowest level when I leave my dogs with Puppy Luv because I know they're being treated like a king and queen. Lindsey truly has a knack for this line of work, is skilled in selecting staff that rise to her level, and has provided service above and beyond my very high expectations! I already regret the day that I have to move back home...unless I can convince Puppy Luv and Lindsey to move with me to NM! I am so lucky to have fun Puppy Luv. Thank you for all you do!

I recently went on vacation and left my two pups in the very reliable care of Puppy Luv. I was very pleased with Lindsey's initial meet and greet and how she interacted with the dogs. I knew she would be an excellent caretaker. Looking forward to working with Puppy Luv again in the near future.

This was the best haircut my two Pomeranians have ever had. They took so much time and effort on them, and mine are NOT easy dogs to work with! I also loved how personal and friendly the employees are. Definitely will use them again!

Ok so I do not like going to PetsMart for anything...especially for grooming. Too many bad experiences and pricey. However, I am so sad that I had to move from the building i lived in because Puppy Luv would go every Saturday and do dog grooming by appointment only. I feel so bad that I forgot the owners name, but she was so nice, helpful and out going. My dog doesn't just go with anyone. And when i dropped of my baby girl, she shivered a little but they told me she stopped after like 3 minutes. So that made me feel a lot better.I was also worried on how she will do with other dogs, and they told me she did great with them...phhew!! Thank goodness!! They told me my dog stayed still the entire time and was well behaved. They did everything I asked for. My dog also smelled sooooo good omgoodness! If i still lived in that building i would've definitely kept going there and i highly recommend them for any dog grooming!

Took our golden and lab to Puppy Luv this morning for a bath and trim. They look great! Very convenient and Lindsey even walked them over to our apartment when they were done!
